We are now TOPS Bunker. The Original Prepper Survivalist Podcast. By no means are we the actual, original podcast within the preparedness genre, but we really wanted to have a mascot for the show and of course, that had to be the hairy man himself... Sasquatch. If anyone was to be crowned, The Original Prepper Survivalist, that title should most definitely go to Bigfoot.

As if y'all couldn't tell, we like to keep things light and fun. And in most cases, that includes this show and as well the OPS Bunker Group on Facebook. We get serious when we need to... mad when we have to... but most days we're just kickin around Survivalist and Preparedness ideas and mindsets to help our listeners and ourselves, be the best modern-day Preppers we can be.

2019

In January of 2019, Off Grid Texas LLC came to fruition...
a podcast for preppers and a shop for quality, affordable prepper gear. Who the f*** is Off Grid Texas? Check out episode 1 of the podcast to hear more!

 2020 - 2022 

 Off Grid Texas became OGTX Bunker, we went through a whole lot of moving and a whole lot of podcast studio closets the next several years. The Bunker Facebook group began growing as preppers, survivalists, homesteaders and the like started conversing with each other and  dishing out friendly advice taken from their own experiences. 

2023

After living out of Texas for a few years, we decided to put Off Grid Texas and OGTX Bunker to rest. The Original Prepper Survivalist, who happens to be our favorite crytpid, Sasquatch himself, became our mascot and TOPS Bunker was born. 

2024

A new podcast format, a new web page and a new dedication to providing relevant and timely topics... 2024 is going to be a great year! We look forward to sharing content such as listener stories, our own research, up-to-date news commentary and an occasional chuckle to keep it light.
